Shipping & Duties
For European customers, we ship via Yanwen Express (air freight) using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — import duties and customs fees are fully included. No surprise charges upon delivery.
For orders outside Europe, import duties vary by country and are the responsibility of the buyer if Yanwen could not pay for it. Please check your local customs policy before ordering, or contact us if you have any questions.
After-Sales & Returns
If you have any issues after receiving your order, we will work with you to resolve them promptly. If the issue is due to our error in quality or shipping, we accept returns and exchanges to protect your rights as a customer.
Production & Lead Time
All products are made to order. Each model is carefully 3D printed and hand-finished. Production lead time is 7–15 business days, after which your order will be shipped promptly.
