Exports
In the case of an export, it will be the buyer's responsibility to pay all taxes requested during customs clearance, as well as any expenses arising from it (tariffs, management fees, etc.).If for any reason the customer decides not to make said payment and, therefore, not to receive the products, all expenses derived from both customs and the corresponding shipments (round trip), and any other additional expenses associated with the management of the return will be passed on to the buyer.
Cancellations
The customer may request cancellation of any order as long as the Purchase Confirmation email has not yet been sent, in which case it will be treated as a return. If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation request will be considered a withdrawal and must comply with the provisions of the previous section.The company accepts order cancellations through its customer service department, which you can contact quickly and with a fast response time.
